You can't just walk in to the hotel for tea.  In fact, it's a gated island with security so make sure you make reservations to get on the list.  There are other ways to get in to the hotel, but we won't be discussing those techniques.  In a nutshell, this is an experience.  There is a live cellist and pianist to entertain you while you enjoy your hour with your friends.
